Following last year’s success, HotelBrain Braining Centre, a ground breaking training-educational programme that emerged from the cooperation of HotelBrain with the Maestro Group, is ready to welcome all those who seek to improve their skills in hotel management and are eager to serve Tourism, Greece’s leading industry.

The HotelBrain Braining Centre is addressed to both existing employees in the travel/hotel industry -including hotel owners and General Managers, and the graduates of all educational institutions, who are ambitious, dynamic and wish to be trained in the innovative operational system implemented in the 60+ HotelBrain managed hotels in Greece and internationally.

In a five month training cycle which takes place in modern, creative premises in Chalandri, Athens, “Brainees” have the opportunity to learn from specialized trainers, distinguished guest speakers and recognized experts in hotel management, and to become fully trained in the exclusively designed HotelBrain operational system.

The HotelBrain Braining Centre aims to:

  • Create the new generation of leading hotel professionals who will be trained at the HotelBrain methodology and share its values, principles and high quality standards. This pool of professionals will constitute the pillars of the team that will eventually staff and support the HotelBrain managed hotels as well as the company’s Hotel Management Department.
  • Improve and perfect the theoretical and practical skills of existing staff at theHotelBrain managed hotels as well as of other hotel professionals.
  • Spread the HotelBrain operational model which has has been developed using proprietary knowhow and the highest quality standards globally.

Covering multifaceted needs, in addition to the core educational programme, the HotelBrain Braining Centre also offers a series of short (weekly) preparatory programmes.  The latter are addressed to anyone who wishes to work in the hotel industry as well as to students of state or private Institutes of Tourism.”

The forthcoming five-month training cycle will commence in November.
