HotelBox S.A. is the investment arm of the Group, investing in selective acquisitions of hotel properties, which are then re-developed and successfully re-positioned in the hotel market and eventually sold to institutional investors, e.g. R.E.I.C.s, Funds, etc, as stabilized yield producing assets. Since 2015, the firm has acquired and re-positioned four hotels located in the islands of Paros, Tinos, Crete and Corfu. Since then, two among these properties have been sold to an institutional investor, as redeveloped and operationally stabilized long-leased assets by HotelKeys S.A.
