To Be or to F&B?

…Not such a Shakespearian dilemma @ Aristi Mountain Resort (under HotelBrain‘s Management) on 22-24 November! Because these three days are dedicated to the Greek wine, the Greek Cuisine and the Greek Mountainous Nature!

Mr Stelios Dimitriadis,  The Chef of Aristi Mountain Resort, will lead a workshop  were guests will get to create using their imagination and their own recipes  inspired by well established, but also by not so known Greek varieties of wine.

During the workshop guests  will get to taste 10 different types of  wines from Greece and create bruschettas to accompany their favorite ones.

The teams that are going to be formed during the workshop will create recipes which will be included in the Saturday dinner Menu. The team members with the best recipe will be awarded each with one collectable wine bottle of Ktima Gerovasiliou.

The heated pool, the Aristi’s  spa programs and services and the wonderful rides to the nature of Aristi (horse riding, rafting, canyoning) will complete this unforgettable experience!
